Five-S began work with a densely wooded jobsite and performed:

  • Clearing, mulching, and haul-off of all vegetation on 25+ acres.

  • Stripped the site of unsuitable material.

  • Digging of retention pond.

  • Hauling in and placement of 25,000 CY of select fill material for the transmission warehouse building

  • Cut 800 tons of lime underneath the paving and roads.

  • Awarded additional phases of site development following phase I.
