The scope of work included

• Stripping of organic soil

• Excavation of 8 ponds

• Mass grading and compacting excavated material to desired areas. 

• Total excavation of over 1,400,000 CY of onsite material, loaded, and placed the material onto future residential lots, roadways, and green areas.
