Five-S provided mass grading earthwork to approximately 530 acres in 8 phases for this large scale residential development in Slidell, LA. The scope of work included stripping of organic soil, excavation of 8 ponds, grading and compacting excavated material to desired areas.  Five-S completed total excavation of over 1,400,000 CY of onsite material, loaded, and placed the material onto future residential lots, roadways, and green areas.
